Apple Skins

Don't throw those apple skins away!

INGREDIENTS

any amount of leftover apple skins

coconut oil

cinnamon

any other spices are optional


INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Collect your skins in a bowl and generously cover them with melted coconut oil and cinnamon, stirring until skins are evenly covered.

Spread skins on a pan and throw them in the oven for 5-10 minutes, keeping a close eye on them, as they'll burn quickly!


That's it! You now have a sweet and crispy treat made from your scraps!
