ree

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

3 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon parsley

2 tablespoons lemon juice

pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients into a jar that will be easy to shake and pour from.

Let vinaigrette flavors sit and blend for a couple hours in the refrigerator.

Taste and adjust flavor if needed!

Vinaigrette may need to sit out a few minutes before using, as the olive oil clumps in cool temperatures.

NOTES

- A little goes a long way!

- This is great on salads (especially a salad with apples or cranberries), or as a marinade for meat!
