Tamari Chicken

INGREDIENTS

2-3 lb chicken wings/drumsticks

1/4 cup tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)

2 garlic cloves, minced


INSTRUCTIONS

Mix tamari and minced garlic in a bowl.

Slather chicken with sauce.

Bake in the oven at 375° for about 20 minutes.

Flip chicken pieces and finish cooking for another 15-30 min or until done!


Enjoy!

These pair greatly with Asian dishes and are a great appetizer!
